Snow Rush Privacy Policy

Snow Rush is an Android game provided by AJAY LAB's. This policy explains how the game and its advertising services handle information. For questions or requests, contact amit212526@gmail.com.

Game progress and settings

Snow Rush saves your progress on your device, including levels, coins, gems, upgrades, unlocked sleds and riders, missions, gameplay statistics, and sound, graphics and control preferences. It also saves reward claims and ad-offer cooldowns to prevent duplicate rewards.

The game does not require an account or ask you to provide a name, date of birth, phone number or email address to play. It has no online chat or player profile. Our game code does not upload your save to a developer-operated server or offer cloud-save synchronization. Progress is kept in private app storage. Snow Rush disables Android cloud backup and automatic device-to-device transfer for its app data.

Advertising and technical information

Snow Rush integrates Google AdMob through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. Optional rewarded ads can provide an in-game reward, such as coins, a revive or a results bonus. Interstitial ads may appear between runs. Rewarded ads are offered before you choose to watch them.

Depending on the request settings and Google's services, the SDK may process your IP address and general location inferred from it, ad and app interactions, diagnostic information, device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID, and permitted account identifiers. Google uses technical information for advertising delivery, measurement, analytics and fraud prevention. This is separate from the local game save. Google's SDK documentation states that SDK data is encrypted during transmission.

Age requirement and children

Snow Rush is intended for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed at children. The game does not ask for, collect or store an age, date of birth or age group, and it does not send age information to Google.

Advertising requests use Google's standard consent flow for a general adult audience. Where permitted by the user's choices and applicable requirements, Google may show personalized ads. The ad content rating is limited to G. The game uses the Android advertising ID through the Google Mobile Ads SDK; you can reset or delete it in your device's privacy or Google settings. Earlier versions showed an age-group screen and stored the broad choice in the private device save; current versions no longer read or use that choice, and it is removed the next time progress is saved.

The game uses Google AdMob only; additional mediation networks are not currently integrated. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has used the game or sent us personal information, contact us and we will help, including deleting any support messages we hold. Children should ask a parent or guardian to contact support rather than send personal information themselves.

Gameplay analytics

The game maintains gameplay and reward statistics locally. The developer's gameplay analytics interface has no external analytics destination connected. Google may separately process advertising-related analytics as described above.

Support messages

If you or a parent or guardian emails support, we receive the sender's email address and the information included in that message. We use this information to answer the request and investigate the reported issue. Please avoid sending sensitive information or unnecessary information about a child. Support email is handled through our email provider, Google Gmail, under Google's policies.

Retention, deletion and choices

Local game progress remains on your device until you remove the relevant app data. You can clear Snow Rush's storage in Android's app settings to remove the local save; this also removes your progress and unlocked items. Uninstalling removes the local game data. Progress is not automatically restored after reinstallation or on another device.

We do not keep a copy of your local game save on a developer server. Contact support to ask us to delete information you have sent in a support message. Google controls the retention of information processed by its advertising services; see its privacy resources for available controls and retention information.

You can decline an optional rewarded-ad offer and continue playing without that ad's reward. If Google's privacy system requires a privacy-choices entry point, the game exposes Ad Privacy Choices in Settings. Google determines whether a privacy form applies to your region and request. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in your device settings.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the game's features, services or data practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version. Any changes to data handling should be reflected here before they are released.
